Conduct rules
Distributing or promoting far-right, far-left or child-exploitation content is strictly prohibited. This also applies to nicknames with a racist connotation (e.g. “Hitler”).

National flags in sprays (depending on the current situation):
Religious and political discussions must be avoided:
Advertising in your nickname (e.g. a URL) is prohibited.
Copying other players’ nicknames in order to provoke them is prohibited.
Insults and provocation are prohibited in both text and voice chat. Affected players may report them, and they may be subject to criminal prosecution. Persistently labelling other players as “cheater”, “noob” or the like is also not tolerated.
Playing disruptive sounds (including music) and repeatedly posting the same message are prohibited.
Advertising for websites or other servers is prohibited.

Game rules
Camping and ghosting are generally allowed for tactical reasons. However, an administrator may penalise you if your extreme camping prevents a map objective from being completed (e.g. bomb carrier not planting, no hostage rescue) or if you permanently stay in the same spot on a DM server.
Exploiting bugs is prohibited.
Intentional team-killing is prohibited. Starting a vote-ban or vote-kick without good reason is likewise prohibited.
Abuse of the vote function:
Lagging players may be removed from the game after a warning. You can submit an unban request in the forum once your connection issues have been permanently resolved.
Handling of violations
In the case of a minor violation, an administrator will tell you to stop. If you ignore this and repeat the violation, your account will be temporarily suspended. Each further suspension lasts longer than the previous one, and on the fourth suspension your account will be permanently banned.
In the case of a serious violation, your account will be permanently banned without prior warning.
